Southampton Boat Show closes 9% down on 2010
The 2011 PSP Southampton Boat Show closed on Sunday 25th September after attracting 111,017 people through the gates, a 9% decline on 2010's attendance figure.
Organisers of the ten-day show said they were "delighted with its success".
National Boat Shows MD Murray Ellis: "The new elements to the show, as well as great show highlights, have left 2011 on a high in a time of continuing and extremely challenging economic conditions.
"The atmosphere and dedication by all those involved is unparalleled and something to certainly be proud of."
